February 2020: Sleep

There’s a lot to be said about adopting habits that will pay dividends down the road. One thing that I’ve been struggling with, in order to most to least sever, is going to sleep at a sensible time, sleep quality, and time to sleep (the time it takes for me to go to sleep once I’m laying in bed). For the month of February, I’m going to be taking precise and methodical steps to try to remedy this situation, with the hopes of a sustainable aftereffect that will benefit me later on in life.
