I believe one of the most promising fields in the world today is nanotechnology. The applications of advances in the field will be game-changing for many industries, such as biotech, computer engineering, manufacturing, space-travel, chemistry, and likely other fields that have yet to fall under the current scope of what we see.
The goal for this month is to be more in touch about the smaller details of nanotechnology. I’ve recently stolen some notes and practice problems from a friend taking a Duke nanotech course. After studying these notes, I intend to branch into a specific application of nanotech, to gain a more concrete understanding of its possibilities.
